Length of Quarantine: Mandatory 14-day quarantine (Travelers entering Beijing will be subject to an additional 7-day quarantine and 7-day health surveillance)

1. Most international travelers are not allowed to enter or transit through mainland China
2. Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR results and IgM antibody tests
3. The tests must be taken a maximum of 48 hours of the scheduled time of departure of the flight to mainland China

Macau

Length of Quarantine: Mandatory 14-day quarantine

1. Travelers who are residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan are allowed to enter Macao if they have been in Hong Kong China, Taiwan 21 days prior to arrival
2. Residents of Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or mainland China, who have visited Hong Kong 14 days prior to arriving in Macao must have a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result from a test performed a maximum of 24 hours before their departure to Macao
3. Residents of Hong Kong, Taiwan, or mainland China, who have visited Taiwan or mainland China in the 14 days prior to arriving in Macao, must have a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result issued a maximum of 7 days before arrival

Phuket

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated are not allowed to enter Thailand
2. Travelers must take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test on arrival at the airport and wait at their hotel room for the test results
3. Unvaccinated travelers must quarantine for 14 days on arrival
4. Travelers are required to provide proof of medical insurance with minimum coverage of USD 100,000 covering COVID-19 treatment in Thailand
5. Negative Covid-19 certificate tested no longer than 72 hours before departure
6. Confirmed stay at SHA+ hotel and pre-payed for COVID-19 tests to be taken in Thailand
7. Must obtained a Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand

Koh Samui

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Starting “Samui Plus” from 15 July, 2021 on Surat Thani’s Ko Samui, Ko Phangan and Ko Tao
2. Traveling from designated countries where residing in the country at least 21 days before travel to Phuket
3. Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before departure
4. Negative Covid-19 certificate tested no longer than 72 hours before departure
5. Must obtained a Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand
6. Mandatory Covid-19 test on arrival and wait the result at hotel 
7. Confirmed stay at Koh Samui Extra+ hotel,  and pre-payed for COVID-19 tests to be taken in Thailand
8. An insurance policy that covers health care & medical treatment for Covid-19 at least USD 100,000

Singapore

Length of Quarantine: Mandatory 7-day quarantine

1. Most travelers are not allowed to enter Singapore. Those who wish to enter Singapore must apply for permission from the government
2. Travelers from Hong Kong are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before departure to Singapore
3. Must take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own cost, tavelers may be required to take another PCR test before the end of their quarantine
4. Mandatory travel insurance (with a minimum coverage of S$30,000)
5. Required to submit a health declaration before arriving in Singapore

Taiwan

Length of Quarantine: Mandatory 14-day quarantine

1. Most international travelers are not allowed to enter Taiwan
2. Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The result must be issued a maximum of 3 working days before boarding their flight. The certificate should be in English or Chinese
3. Required to fill out a health declaration form 48 hours before their arrival in Taiwan

5. Travelers will be required to undergo COVID-19 PCR testing one day prior to the end of quarantine period

South Korea

Length of Quarantine: Mandatory 14-day quarantine

 

1. Only travelers with valid visas can enter South Korea.  International travelers are required to apply for a visa in advance at an embassy in order to travel to South Korea
2. Travelers, including nationals, must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result in English or Korean. The result must be issued a maximum of 72 hours before departure (Electronic results such as on mobile devices are not accepted)
3. Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival or a maximum of 3 days after their arrival in South Korea
4. Travelers will need to download and respond to daily questions via a self-diagnosis mobile app for 14 days

Maldives

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Travelers are allowed to enter the Maldives by air and land. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling 
2. Have a printed or electronic negative COVID-19 PCR nucleic acid test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure from the first point of departure to the Maldives
3. Travelers are required to show that they have a confirmed booking at a registered tourist facility and a confirmed return ticket
4. Complete an online health declaration form a maximum of 24 hours before departure to the Maldives through the IMUGA portal

United Kingdom

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Selected countries are on the United Kingdom’s Green list. Travelers from   Green listed who do not have a travel history in Red listed during the 10 days prior to their arrival are allowed to enter the United Kingdom
2. Selected countries are on the United Kingdom’s Green list. Travelers aged 5 years and older who have been in Hong Kong for the past 10 days before arriving in England must take a COVID-19 test on day 2 after their arrival. The test must be booked and paid for online
3. Negative COVID-19 test result in English, French, or Spanish
4. The test must be taken a maximum of 3 days before departure of the last direct flight to the United Kingdom.  The antigen test should meet at least 97% specificity and 80% sensitivity
5. Complete a public health passenger locator form online before departure to the UK. The form must be submitted a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in the UK. Travelers must show either a printed copy or an online copy of the form on their phone at the UK border

Germany

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Travelers from Hong Kong are allowed to enter Germany   
2. Travelers who have been in Hong Kong for the past 10 days before travel to Germany are not required to quarantine on arrival
3. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated arriving from Hong Kong and who do not have a travel history in the past 10 days before travel to Germany must have a negative COVID-19 test result
4. The test can be a nucleic acid test taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival or an antigen test taken a maximum of 48 hours before arrival
5. Antigen tests must meet the minimum criteria recommended by the WHO with at least 80% sensitivity and 97% specificity. Test results can be in German, English, French, Italian, or Spanish
6. Fully vaccinated travelers who received their final dose at least 14 days before are exempted from COVID-19 test

France

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Travelers arriving from Hong Kong are allowed to enter France 
2. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated arriving from Hong Kong must have a negative PCR or antigen test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure
3. Fully vaccinated travelers can exempted from COVID-19 test
4. Travelers are required to fill a health declaration form before traveling to France
5. Travelers over the age of 17 require a health pass to visit places of leisure and culture bringing together more than 50 people

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Travelers from Hong Kong are allowed to enter Switzerland
2. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated arriving by air must have a negative COVID-19 test result
3. Travelers can have a PCR test result from a test taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure or a rapid antigen test result from a test taken a maximum of 48 hours before departure
4. Travelers with valid proof of being fully vaccinated in the last 6 months before travel can exempted from COVID-19 test
5. Travelers arriving from Hong Kong that do not have a travel history during the past 10 days are not required to quarantine on arrival in Switzerland
6. Travelers, including those in transit, must fill up an entry form before entering Switzerland

Italy

Length of Quarantine: 5-day quarantine and testing

1. Travelers from Hong Kong who do not have a travel history in the past 14 days before travel are allowed to enter Italy
2. Travelers arriving from Hong Kong who do not have a travel history in the past 14 days before travel to Italy are required to present a negative COVID-19 test result from a rapid molecular or antigen swab test
3. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival
4. Travelers who have been in Hong Kong in the past 14 days before travel to Italy are required to quarantine for 5 days and take a swab test at the end of quarantine
5. Travelers must fill in the digital Passenger Locator Form before travel

Length of Quarantine: No quarantine required

1. Most international travelers are not allowed to enter Canada
2. Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival in Canada
3. Unvaccinated travelers, including Canadian citizens and residents, are required to quarantine at their own accommodations for 14 days on arrival
4. Fully vaccinated travelers are exempted from the COVID-19 test on arrival 
5. Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 molecular test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before the departure of their last direct flight to Canada
6. All travelers are required to submit a quarantine plan and a COVID-19 'self-assessment' before getting on a flight. The information must be submitted digitally through the ArriveCAN app

Entering Hong Kong

Immigration measures for people returning to Hong Kong

1. All persons returning to Hong Kong (Hong Kong) must accept the new coronavirus detected, and are subject to compulsory isolation for 21 days; those who have completed vaccination is 14 days + self-monitoring of 7 days; vaccination who prove the result of an approved antibody test within 3 months, the mandatory quarantine period can be shortened to 7 days + self-monitoring for 7 days
2. Those returning to Hong Kong from China (selected area) (Hong Kong residents) who apply for the "Easy Return to Hong Kong" program can be exempted from quarantine
3. Those who return to Hong Kong from low-risk areas will be quarantined at the designated quarantine hotel for 14 days + self-monitoring for 7 days ; for those who have completed the vaccination, it will be 7 days + self-monitoring for 7 days
4. It is forbidden for civil airliners of the United Kingdom, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, and South Africa to land in Hong Kong until further notice by the government
